CNC Turning & Component Machining
Journal fits, shoulders and integrated transmission features.
Non-standard gears, combined gear-and-shaft parts and related transmission assemblies. Start with a drawing, 3D model or sample details to discuss your custom manufacturing requirements.

Some parts combine features that do not fit a single gear category: two tooth forms, an integrated shaft, a locating flange, a spline sleeve or several connected components. A custom inquiry should explain both the part geometry and the role it performs in the machine.
Zhongbang Gear specializes in custom OEM/ODM gears, gear shafts and ring gears. KERVELD connects that manufacturing base to industrial, agricultural, electric-vehicle and automation sourcing projects. Prototype quantities and repeat production are considered as distinct project stages.

Include these details with your drawing so we can assess manufacturing, inspection and quotation requirements.
| Review item | What to define |
|---|---|
| Technical starting point | Drawing package, 3D model or a sample with available dimensional information. |
| Function and interfaces | Machine position, mating parts, mounting datums and intended duty. |
| Material definition | Grade, treatment, hardness and any restricted substitutions. |
| Supply responsibility | Manufactured parts, buyer-supplied items and required assembly operations. |
| Acceptance and stage | Prototype objective, production quantity and agreed inspection criteria. |
Share your dimensions, material, accuracy requirements and order quantity. We confirm the manufacturing options and delivery requirements for your specific part.
We review tooth access, workholding, machining order, heat-treatment effects and inspection before planning a custom part. The drawing revision is agreed before production. If you have only a sample, include photographs and available dimensions so we can clarify the drawing information needed.

They need different information: a prototype has a validation objective; repeat production also needs forecasts, packaging and agreed release requirements.
No. Our IATF 16949:2016 certificate covers production of transmission gears, engine gears and shafts; product design is excluded. Any requested engineering work is reviewed separately.
